Merry not-yet-Christmas-but-it's-just-around-the-corner! Yes, it's that time of the year when people start thinking about kicking back, relaxing, and playing some computer games. Well, no, that's pretty much all the time. It's the time of year when people start thinking about going to December LAN parties and playing LOTS of computer games! What unbelievable luck! It just so happens that those crazy, fun-loving guys at Network Invasion Charlotte are HOSTING a December LAN party! This December!

That's right, folks! St. NIC 2007 is just around the corner! We're whipping it up and throwing down on Friday and Saturday, December 7th and 8th. Come on out and have yourself a heapin' helpin' of holiday... uh, something-fun-that-starts-with-H. Halitosis? No. Well, yeah, probably so, but still not something to advertise... Hanky-panky? *frozen look of horror at the mental image* Uh... How about "festive fun"? Yeah, come on out for a good, strong dose of your favorite festive fun! *whew* Also, since it IS Christmas, everybody's favorite holiday hero, Beaker Claus, will be making an appearance.

There are other reasons to show up this time, as well. First, one of our long-standing team members (Greaser) has moved away to some foreign state (Kentucky), and we're trying to entice him to come back for the party. A packed house full of awesome gaming should do the trick. Second, this could be the end of the long and storied tradition of NIC parties, and we want to go out with a bang! If you've loved these LAN parties in the past, make sure you get here for this one, because we're aiming to have the best one yet! Nothing says awesome like going out in style. Come early and stay late!

You know the details. The only change is the date. Same price, same place. Sofas, showers, working kitchen, wide-screen TV, and lots of local restaurants, as usual.
